Rock 'til You Drop began, officially, on the 23rd July (1991) at Northolt Aerodrome. This was when the worlds media were to be officially made aware of the bands intention to create their ridiculous record.
A promotional video was shown to the press before Chris Tarrant took to the stage to discuss the itinerary of the World Record attempt, with Norris McWhirter also taking to the stage to talk about how the whole thing would work. To wrap things up, Quo took to the "Wembley Stage" for a playback performance of Rockin' All Over The World.
The event itself started at 12 noon on Going Live! with Quo performing Let's Work Together and then the Greatest Hits Medley later on the show, before taking off in limousines.
Sheffield Arena, 14:02 Glasgow SECC, 16:32 Birmingham NEC, 19:33 Wembley Arena, 22:17 World Record Certificates, 23:09

Was at Glasgow SECC early to get near stage, pishing rain, concert went by quickly, snogged a girl after the gig. (Yes, a lady this time).

Nearly 30 years ago just seems stupid As 4th Chord says, in Glasgow it was lashing down that day. A short set (50 minutes or so maybe?) and a nice wee support slot by Nazareth. Then off we trotted back to Edinburgh again. I can't remember huge amounts about the set although I do recall Let's Work Together being played for the one and only time when I've seen the band (I know it was played elsewhere on the day). I can't remember if I got the merch that day or during the winter tour. Probably the latter. That RTYD t-shirt with the UK map on it type thing. Happy days. Younger days!

Sheffield - The Price Of Love Glasgow // Birmingham - Let's Work Together
Plenty of rain in Scotland on the day, with Iain making backup plans incase flying wasnt possible.
Tarrant interviewed James Hall (Status Quo) during Let's Work Together during the Glasgow set, rather than before the show started.
Theres also footage of the torrential rain in Glasgow as well, from inside the SECC. Why? I dont know tbh
45 minute sets at; Sheffield, Glasgow and Birmingham.
50 minute set at Wembley.
These being the first gigs after Rossi having the pickups changed on his no. 1, he had some teething troubles during the concerts... and Rick snapped a string at the Glasgow concert during the Mystery Medley, using a Giffin guitar

I was wearing my yellow Rock 'Til You Drop t shirt today. My sister bought the tickets at London's Capital Radio for Β£6. If I remember correctly they came on late at Wembley.

Yep, 50 minutes late, which will have been a knock-on effect due to the weather in Glasgow and arriving late to Birmingham. Had there been no timing issues, they should have hit the stage in Birmingham at 19:00 and the stage in Wembley at 21:30 (roughly), as they arrived at 21:52... They had a good 20-30 minute period before having to head to the stage at each venue.
