It doesn't really change. And as I came to Quo albums late and after their classic age, there are no "lightning from a clear sky" or "first album" associations with any of them. They remain:
Piledriver and Hello joint first. A mashup album now out of print with the best tracks from Dog and Ma third.
And if that isn't allowed, number 3 is Supposin'
I hadn't though very much about what "4" would be. It ought to be Quo. It probably is Quo. But I have to say that On the Level is nudging it closely. It's got Down Down, Over and Done, and Little Lady on it.

Top 3?
Number one is without any doubt to me OTL, had a great gatefold iside as well. 2. I would say Piledriver and 3 Hello.
Then I could open up a can of worms in my head and say would my favourite 3 be the same as what I think are the best 3? Something going on in my head. Which would bring NTL into the argument and the album I have grown to really like which is Whatever but still can't be doing with the overly smalichy ballads on there.

Because it's got songs from all albums across the board, almost?

This is a really tough one. NTL seems very popular and I think I need to have another bash at it. This is a bit off subject but SBYBIL at Hammersmith was the loudest song I ever heard, I think I was in the optimum noise position that night. My ears were ringing so much I only knew the tube was coming down the tunnel on the way home by the rush of air and the trains lights.

On the Level Blue for You Piledriver
Those three on particular are brilliant albums. Hard choice as albums like Quo, the Dog Album and Hello are just as good.

1. Piledriver 2. Quo 3. Blue For You
Live! is great and another favorite but it's impossible to compare it with the studio albums.
