I found the interviewer cringeworthy. Nothing new from what he said at the last convention.

I worked at a big dance university that was used for vids,Call On Me, Marks & Spencer ad and loads more. The director of a very famous brand advert told me that when he worked on a vid for a certain band the Charlie flowed freely in amounts he'd never seen before. I asked him the name of the song and he told me the title but I can't remember it or the name of the band and he was lying anyway.. The song was released in 2002..the coke was still flowing according to his story which is a tissue of lies.

Alan may possibly rub some up the wrong way and yeah sure, he may come across as bitter... But, you try and let go of the pain and anger, of starting and building something up so big, that means so much to you and then all of a sudden you're shafted out of it by people you think who are your friends...It's difficult!
I've been shafted before. Not on that scale but, by a person who meant everything to me. They were my everything and they shafted me and lied to me and about me. Almost a decade ago and I'm still not over the anger and hurt that caused me. Quite possibly never will. I can only imagine how Alan feels. Also, don't forget, Alan's and everyone's upbringing plays a major part in your make up in the person you become.
As for Rick, the reunions had nothing to do with his death. It would have happened anyway
