Gigs unfortunately seem a long way off, but if they put this in the set I'd be happy enough. SBYBIL always sounds so wrong with what they do, slip this in instead.

Definitely cannot be John on drums. I confess I had that feeling too. He usually plays a bit more sturdy and floats the tempo here and there. This sounds a bit like a drum machine. Always the same fills. And when the crashes hits, the hats keep going. Which is not typical of John (I actually play like that, depending on the songs I'm playing, but it's not typical of drummers to do that). In some parts, it's snare+hats+crash all at the same time, which would mean three hands, in the most common scenario. Cool song, nevertheless.

Really....mmm. It’s not exactly a live recording, perhaps they did some over dubs....ya never know...quite a good little song though. Defo JC on drums.

Good song. Far more inspiring than playing covers of his old band. Lets have some more of these originals. They have time to do it at the moment.

Really enjoyed that. It was like going back to the 70s when a Radio 1 dj would say "we have a brand new track from the forthcoming Status Quo album". I wonder where they got the inspiration from, to write the song!!

The main riff is a bit reminiscent of Cut Me Some Slack but it's a very good track. Certainly the best 'lockdown' song I've heard by quite a bit. All of the rest have been self-indulgent, self-praising bollox. In the main. Old Skool Quo. Can never get enough of that sort of thing personally Nice.
