Not watched this through yet. Quick flick and there are quite a few interviews though with Quo around the 48 min mark.

Tbf it was a very high stage though. Can imagine Quo in their pomp playing there - looks an ace venue ...if a tad run down on the vid. Sounds like Davy had met Rossi , judging by what Rick says on the Apollo film!

Sounds like Davy had met Rossi , judging by what Rick says on the Apollo film! Think the video was done well after it was closed, although by all accounts was never a "high class" venue. |

Agree with you. The vid was after it closed. But I much prefer the old venues to the modern souless places. I mean just look at that place, that stage and imagine the place packed out ,, Wow ! It's on record after all. Glasgow has gone down as the last ouch, or whatever Rossi says. Top Stuff. Where do bands play now? Some huge Arena that is no different from the next. Everyone with a seat and about a mile away from the stage..watch them on a big screen.. RUBBISH ! I am ranting its Friday ! It's why I prefer JCQ in these small venues....a bit more of a throwback!
