I don't mean to offend anyone on here. But although I greatly respect and love his work, well up to '81 on record and then at times live since '81 as I had closed the page on Status Quo his passing although sad, means I don't miss him.
We will never know what his album would have been like. Not that great would be my guess, even more so now it's in the hands of Status Quo plc.

Upon Rick's death he also took with him any possibility of a further Reunion & so I think what I really miss the hope. I was also looking forward to seeing what he'd produce next, both on his own & any link up with John & Alan.

Mr Rossi has burnt his bridges for me to go to one again.

I miss Parfitt, if he was still with us & back in the band would go & see them next month here in Oz. Exactly how I feel, rock. I'm so glad my last memory of Rick is watching him rip into that last Quo gig at Hordern Pav, and to top it off was catching his plectrum after they played ROLD which was a perfect way to finish my Quo live days. My only regret of it is that I won't catch up with a few members of this board such as Ozpaul, Michele, Lee (rockdoctor), and a few others as in past gigs and catching up with you for a beer or three. My wish would be for John Coghlan to come over here and play some gigs with Alan and maybe the Brewster boys.

Gonna see the Angels With Rose Tattoo in next couple months here in Wollongong, won't be the same without Doc though. But will be fantastic to hear Brewster Brothers cranking those guitars. I wonder what happened to slowtrain, don't hear from him any more. Might hear from him after the Opera House gig.
