Anyone heard who the support bands are for these shows in Australia?

Isn't it Travis Collins (Australia) and Dino Jag (only Melbourne)?

Thanks for that, looks like they're confirmed as the support acts now. I confess to not having heard of either of them, but Travis seems to be well known as a country artist, would probably have made more sense when the gigs were meant to be acoustic...

I flew to the UK from Sydney and back twice during the last reunion tour to see the band perform 8 times. I live 10 mins from the Opera House and I won't even show any curiosity in the Rossi and Friends Sydney concert.

But how will you ever get the chance to see Rhino singing Rain if you don't go?

Im in Canberra and no Rick no Quo for me as he was the heart of the band and now it's just a shell. Plus the fact...why the f..n Opera House?? Did they have this grandiose vision of playing Aquostic to an appreciative audience there wtf? I saw Quo when they ripped apart Canberra Theatre and Hordern Pav (70s) back in the day n that'll do me.

Well yes, the Opera House was booked as a warm up for the cruise gigs and was all meant to include Rick and be acoustic. Quatro, Scott and Powell played there recently with two heavy sets and the acoustics are the best in Sydney - so why not? The Hordern is a run down, pigeon infested dump these days anyway - glory days long gone. And its a prick of a place to get to.

Yes I agree about the Hordo, I missed them when they played at the Enmore Theatre but I reckon that place would suit them better. I regret missing out on Suzi Quatro, Scott and Powell but was away. Their album QSP is a goodun.

In Broadbeach and ready to rock tomorrow night at The Star. Had a look around the casino today, not a sign of any posters, ads, flyers, etc. for the gig, no-one would have any idea they're even playing there. Oh well, looking forward to kicking off the Aussie tour there soon and then down to Newcastle and Sydney.
