Recently Princes estate have re-released the Syracuse gig from 1985 that was broadcast to TV and captured on video, not film... Which is a big issue when it comes to remastering old concert footage. If it was captured on video they'd have to go through a whole process of scanning the reels in a high resolution which is fairly pricey and normally doesn't tend to gain profit.
Were any of Quos 80's/90's gigs broadcast on TV other than the NEC 82 gig?
Do you reckon this is why they are refraining from re-releasing them on DVD or do you think it'd down to pure laziness.
Not only that but many of Quo's late 80s early 90's gigs have awful editing issues... Syncing issues, a completely different song footage over another one in certain spots

Wasn't Sutton Park 92 broadcast on TV?
NEC 82 should of been released on DVD years ago why its not a standalone release is stupid

But that'd only happen in a perfect world. and I don't think it'd look any good on Blu Ray unless they scanned the tape reels and completely sorted the whole thing out... that's why any footage from that gig upscaled (essentially), doesn't look any good Other than that we've had every song from the gig on various numbers of releases just not all on the same one. I'm still waiting for the day they actually put the version of Hold You Back from the Prince Charles night on the CD/Audio release

In fact it was a concert in Brussels, filmed by RTL (Luxemburg) and broadcast in the programme "Chewing Rock" on RTL. There's a bootleg-DVD from this entire concert.
