Absolutely! It always amazes me the range of different opinions on here regarding Quo's output - & I only really take much interest in the'70-'81 material. I've recently turned into some sort of Piledriver to BFY fundamentalist..fcuking strange.Do I need to buy RAOTW remix?Have I forgotten how good Breaking Away,The Wild Ones and Riverside are? Perfectly understandable, Quo were never the same after Blue For You & the ensuing Live! album.

I try to judge Quo albums by it's worst song and Name of the Game is horrible. It's downhill fast from here sad to say. Interesting how opinions differ cos it is one of my favorites from the album. The one I think is real bad is Run to Mummy.

1 to 3 are easy... C&G is broodingly superb - some real emotion in there. Parfitt was quite good at that I reckon. OTE - who would have thought Quo could combine a ROLD-style pounding with a modern rock sound? Probably Al's finest vocal moment - I have never understood how he followed this with the stuff on 1982 and B2B. TWO - sublime guitar riffery - and just as on WYW, Frame's vocals are the best they've been since OTL. When Frame sings like that, to me it is the Quo vocal sound. Why the hell did he tihnk he should go for singing lessons? His 90's deeper fuller voice threw the baby right out with the bathwater. A real struggle to choose the 4th, because there are a large number of contenders. In the end I've gone for DDMC because of the fine guitar tone, and that dramatic solo. This song shows Quo could have been modernised without going poppy. This. ^^

C&G reminds of one of those big dark trains picking up speed..I think I'll give it a bash later on.I haven't heard it in going on 30 years.Never liked DDMC..all those years they could have done ASS&W,Oh Baby or BEL.

Listened to C&G and thought it was OK,could have been great if only Rossi was wearing his great solo hat....Funny how the Red Sky riff gets an early run out.

The Wild Ones for me is the only stand out track. I also quite like Name Of The Game. I detested Over The Edge and Don`t Drive My Car on this album and live tho`.
