Just a question to Quo fans out there I’ve tried to play my Hello Quo, and more importantly Quo Frantic Four Final Fling blue ray discs and both are rejected!! All my other blu Ray movies etc play no worries but these Quo ones don’t work which is very frustrating.🤬 Any ideas?

Gaz, sometimes it helps to completely cut off the power to your Blu-Ray player, not only press power/on/off switch but remove the plug from the socket for about 10 seconds and then plug it in again. This will fully reset your player, so it "forgets" all info about the discs and will load them from scratch. Hope it helps!

I agree with equo, it’s worth a try. Alternatively, your player may need a firmware update so you would need to connect it to the internet to do that, you should have all the details in your player booklet if you still have it. Other than that get DVD back ups, can’t live without these babies!

Thanks equo, I did as you said and pulled plug out of socket for a while but makes no difference unfortunately. The DVD player accepts all my other discs except for Quo which leaves me wondering if they are ‘cheap’ discs maybe. I even tried the ‘Hello Quo’ bonus material disc and it also was rejected. I’ve played the Final Fling one maybe a dozen times, and Hello Quo about twice.Anyone else having the same problem?

Cant be region codes as I’ve said I’ve played them quite a few times. Yes they’re clean. I can’t believe of all the DVDs i own that all work well, it is the one I appreciate most ... the FF final fling gig (plus Hello Quo) which simply refuse to play. I just want to know whether your Final Fling DVD s are still ok to play?

Hope you find a solution, I'm out of ideas, I own the same DVD's, they still work well in my DVD player. I don't think they are cheap quality.

You are definitely trying them in a bluray player and not just an ordinary DVD player? (Sorry, not trying to teach you to suck eggs. Just checking the basics).

Yes, it’s the same blu ray player I’ve had for a few years now. The other day I actually unwrapped my copy of The Last Night Of The Electrics dvd, which I got as a gift Christmas before last, and it works fine. I’ll take my Final Fling discs over to my brothers place and give it a go there. Thanks for the help.

Sounds like there's something up with the discs....bummer.
