2025 Francis and Alan announce a joint spoken word event. It doesn't happen
2026 Francis has a brainwave, the band can make money without him. Francis sacks himself and the band audition for a replacement singer songwriter. Alan fails the audition, and is livid

Since we're in the fantasy realm...
Rick Jr. finds a truck full of his dad's songs written between 1972 and 1975 and intended for a solo album. They are the best thing he ever wrote and was saving them for himself. Rick enlists Spud and Nuff to record them, and sings his dad's parts himself. When word gets out the album promises to be huge, prompting Rossi to call and ask to be let in on the project. Rick Jr. tells him to fuck off. Bob Young, however, is invited to contribute.
A long line of the world's best rock guitarists lines up to work on the album. The title is "NOT an insecure showoff!" and once released it quickly goes platinum. The band is called The Real Quo. Rossi sues to prevent using that name and loses, then announces a Quo Lite tour of Central Africa and Madagascar to escape all the reporters asking why he didn't participate on the album. Rick Jr. had been too polite to tell the press about Rossi being denied, but when Rossi realizes he's no longer the main part of the story he blabs it himself.
While performing in a village in the heart of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rossi says that "Quo have never sounded better." He misses the irony of his statement until it's too late.

Rossi revists Aquostic and Bula Quo with the help of Mumford and Sons with extra banjos & cowbell. He plans to tour it for 3 years straight and release a Rossi and friends xmas album which he wants to get to no1 and played on radio 1 and radio 1 xtra with the help with Stormzy
They decide to revist some of the classic quo albums with and re-record them which angers Rossi as its all very nostalgic for him especially when one of the promoters asks if he use a clip on ponytail for some photoshoots for the albums and tour posters. Rhino is in his element by this stage ego in full swing as he tries and write a rock opera akin to Tommy & The Wall. But he only is allowed 4 songs from the 10 he wrote on the album after many arguments with Rossi. Rossi wants the sound to be like a fairground ride jingle and sounds effects from slot machines in certain songs.

A new tv series is commissioned and it stars the band shot like Eastenders & Heartbeat but on their tour bus during a tour in 2020 the feature length episode shows them playing to a sell out crowd on a pier down in Eastbourne. While the blue rinse brigade and the average joes and mr & mrs smith 100 crowd audience look on. As during Down Down tensions arise between a roadie and Rossi who stops a song mid way thru and crys because someone said nostalgia and the 80's festival the played back in 2019.
Porter is angry with council because of the low turnout has a right kerfuffle with a David Brent like offical who helped Porter organize the event as it was billed the Live Aid of the south coast
