I’m really enjoying the new songs, especially Cut Me Some Slack.
I love it’s bluesy riff and the repetition of it , especially at the end .
I feel that it could have been a Quo song from any era- it just fits and feels lik it’s been there for years.
I really enjoyed the Hydro tonight

The rest seems to be the sort of thing they’ve peddled since Alan was ejected from the band. It’s not dreadful. Just dull to me. A retread of other moderate songs post Heavy Traffic. For me it lacks the essence of Quo. The drums are almost robotic. I would probably press skip if it came on my iPod. It’s good you still get enjoyment from the Status Quo new and old.

I tend to agree with paradise here. Although it was good to actually hear something different they were pretty much Quo by numbers. Not terrible but you wouldn't choose either of the tracks to listen to above others. But considering i don't really rate anything much they've recorded since 1983 it's not really a surprise

Did anyone stay until the end of Skynyrd for this, if so what time did they finish, need to book a taxi for tonight. TIA. Skynyrd were supposed to come on stage at 9:30pm last night, but came on 15 minutes early so they finished about 10:45pm instead of the predicted 11:00pm finish. Apparently they come on "when they're ready" as opposed to a specific time each night - so it could be a different time each night when they do come on.
