This popped up on twitter to advertise the talk tour. I'm guessing its from their US gigs, was it around 74?

And I've just noticed from this and my profile pic that they often lined up in the same order?? Or both these pics were taken around the same time.

Just looking at the mugshots there CG, looks to me like FR, RP & AL maybe had just had either a joint or a "line" before that photo, JC however looks to me like he's had a couple of swifty pints! (Man after my own heart and good on him if I'm right...)

Some serious flares on those jeans!
Just noticed that Alan is holding a mag with Veronica written on it, the same as on Rick's T Shirt.
I think Veronica was originally a Dutch pirate station and then became a magazine.

They always lined up in a similar order, I'm not sure why, but there are various promo shots from this time with that order. Rossi and Coghlan seem to switch around but that's it. Cheers

I remember Veronica! (The radio station, not the magazine.)
Were they still wearing flappy trousers like that in 1974? 1974, a year of mystery.

I think those flares were in fashion right through the 70s.

I think those flares were in fashion right through the 70s. Exist, possibly! Fashion, never! But then Quo never were a fashionable band. They just had better hair than everyone else! They were the greatest.

This link shows flares being in fashion for women as late as 77. You have to scroll past all the dresses first though, they're right at the end. vintagedancer.com/1970s/1970s-fashion-history/

Don't know about your way but flares were defo the jeans to wear, in Oz, back in the 70s.
