Quo fans stood in disbelief whilst the QUO lights and roaming spotlights beam across them. Just watch the last 20 seconds of footage and all you'll see is Quo fans stood still... no one leaving 5 minutes after Quo had already left the stage. I feel / sense the sadness amongst them and I wasn't there, no matter how much I wish I was at that show... Cheers Gerh Take Care, Luke Yep - I wasn't there that day either but it never fails to leave me sad, especially when I see the look on Rick's face at the end - he looks, I dunno, stunned and shocked or something like that, that it's come to this.
Strangely enough, to me anyhow, FR looks rather pleased that he's now 'free' - talk about a sign of things to come!! Surely the fans not leaving as you've said, is a 'not wanting to let go' because it could never be the same afterwards [boy, was that ever true!] Thanks as always Luke - you and your comrades keep the Real-Quo flame burning! G What I have noticed, that wasn't noticeable on the other version I had of the Private footage due to it being combined with the official release footage, is that Rossi spends an awful lot of time just walking off to the side of the stage, even during songs, leading him to miss some of his cues and completely fuck up. Backwater and Hold You Back to name a few. Possibly having a line... who knows? But yes, Rick was definitely shocked / saddened by the whole thing (possibly) the most out of everybody else in the band. I wonder how long it took before fans did actually start leaving, as even when the Quo lights had gone off on the private film, everyone is still stood there and the flags still waving down front by the stage. I'm going to be dropping an update soon regarding this months Rescued Recordings releases. Cheers

Brilliant, Luke [and everyone else who helped here!]
I honestly can't remember the last time I was excited at a 'new' Quo release! [maybe NTL or 1982?]

Just love the two tv recordings, both brilliant performances with great quality sound. And here was me thinking the ending to PP was something the new band put together in 86....not so!!

Holy Sh*t!! Is it all this quality? This is amazing stuff [btw, THANKS for letting us hear one of the 'Missing'!!] Will this be on your list of Boots, Luke? - it's astounding - certainly on another planet compared to some of the 'officially released' bonus stuff we've been given! G Thankfully yes, it's all of the same quality The private film shot from the back of the bowl by a gentleman called Steve Plant has also been converted. He also filmed both Nazareth and Marillion that day which would be interesting to see if anyone on here purchased those from him(?). I've only ever seen the combination of this footage and the pro-shot released footage, but thankfully Andy had a copy of just the Aud. shot footage. We are going to try and combine the audio from the camera footage with that bootleg and get as much of the full show we can... mainly the ending to Roadhouse Blues, and any bits where the cassette tapes had to be flipped. Cheers Marillion sounds interesting for sure! They didn't film much during this period and given that they are reissuing all their albums as box sets, something like this could be a real bonus.

Just a case of trying to get a hold of it. A Marillion fan is bound to have a copy, as sadly we can't contact Steve Plant due to having no contact information for him. Cheers

Every batch will be available on disc as a lot of people still prefer a physical copy to a digital one. After the next batch we are doing a big leap timeline wise and heading to '88 & '98. Cheers

Sounds brilliant to have a resource like this. Alike Rolling Stones fans and the massive StonesArchive - few years now, fans sharing video and audio bootlegs from every stage of the bands career. It is a goldmine and an unbelievably great resource. I've added to it but also gained so many studio outtake bootlegs in best quality. Fans remaster famous live and studio bootlegs for best current sound.
