I did, and what a great performance it was in the Bingley Hall barn. I payed for it a few days later with a heavy cold, due to waiting what seemed hours to get in, on the snow covered ground, in only a t shirt, Levi's & trainers!!

It will be the 40th anniversary next month of the Daily Mirror trip to see Quo in Paris, where the Quo army stayed at the Sheraton Hotel for 2 nights, now what a weekend that was

Wish I'd been able to go this! I was there! And I have a suspicion that I was there the year before too when they played Blue Eyed Lady and Oh Baby

I’d throw me money on kursaal75 no doubt. Over the years, on the incarnations of these Quo boards, he’s given us so many great stories of his Quo gighistory. I only saw the magnificent (FF) Quo 3 times but without doubt the best and loudest of all the bands I’ve seen.

I'll have to write a list out from Harlow Playhouse 5th Feb 1972 to Southampton Gaumont 3rd June 1981, plus Hammersmith 2013/14

I saw this line up 9 times in their prime plus 3 reunion gigs. 12 in total. Doesn't seem that many but they do remain engrained in my memory.

I saw them on telly on someone's award show before they grew their hair properly.
Hey, I thought, they are getting a bit good!
About 10 years later I actually caught up with them, just in time to miss Spud :-(
I guess I am a bit of a procrastinator!
