Hi all,
Does anyone remember the piece of music that played before Quo came on during the 1997 Winter tour and know what it was called? I'm sure it was a classical piece, and it played while the lighting rig slowly rose up into place.
It was a really cool effect.
Cheers

I remember that tour. Had it in my head it was Ravel's Bolero for some reason, but sincity is spot on.
Seem to recall Rick P saying he and Rick Wakeman, in their crazy booze days or haze, used to lay down in the middle of the room and would listen to some classical music at full volume. Maybe that was the Bolero?

I wonder when they started using that for the intro, cause for a bunch of dates they were using the drone from the Army Tour
