Thanks for posting the news Andy. We do appreciate it despite the jokers on here. That should be about 5 minutes work for the lads down the cd printing factory

I was in a record store in Central London looking for Rick's album, no sign of it. But plenty of Quo albums, including the recent live LNOTE.

The things is, did anyone buy that release other than the people that still bother to see Quo?
The audio mix is terrible and the footage is far too dark, so yet another poor editing job...

I'm assuming any live material worthy of release in it's own right won't be given away in a deluxe edition, it'll be released separately. EOTR is the one I'm waiting for, unless there are some surprises in the vaults from when John was in the band.

The Milton Keynes gig would sell amazingly well if it was to be remastered...
It's one of the things the fanbase always talks about. Going all the way back to the early 2000's on the message board there was a couple of threads on about it, they are the most viewed videos on youtube.
I'd love to know a statistic of how many people would buy it on DVD and / or CD

I'd like a 3x vinyl release of MK84 with a booklet of unseen photos of the gig, but that's just me living in cuckoo land again

That shot could be used as the back cover with track listing etc.

From the first chord struck by Rick to the last moment Rick Alan and Frame spent on stage together teary eyed. This was and will always be the ending of an era, and as the guy said on the tape "it's bad, very bad"

A lie and a sham. There was no John. It did n't really sound like Status quo. Francis lied from the stage. He was already planning his new vision. A split in the band and he a solo super star. To quote Mr Rossi or at least accurately paraphrasing him. 'Going out on a tour would mean going back on our word and betraying the fans'. Well he was right. Only an end because Francis had thrown his toys out of the pram. Well look at what it led to to. An average soft rock band that was a fraction as good as the one before.

Francis, for the majority wasn't. You can see the point from which where he is. Rick just looked downbeat for most of it Still doesn't take away from the fact it was a stonking gig
